”This place is beautiful, very clean and the owner is on-site. That was convenient because he was able to help us get clean drinking water. He brought up a 5 gallon jug of clean drinking water for Q30. He also helped us get a taxi (tuk tuk) into town. This place is not directly in Panajachel, which we loved, it's not as loud and chaotic as Pana proper. Sometimes we walked into town, that was about a 20 minute walk. Other times we messaged Herman and requested a taxi pick us up for a trip into Panajachel. This place is right on the lake and you get an amazing view of the lake and volcano's directly from the balcony. It also has very clean facilities in the pool, 2 hot tubs and a trampoline for little kids. We used them all and were very pleased with how well maintained it all was. If we return to Pana we will definitely go back to this place.”

“This is an amazing apartment with a view of the Lake forever. There were 8 of us, and we were very comfortable. Sonia, the mother of the owner, lives in the building and was so responsive both before and during our stay. She arranged for a van to take us to Chichi and a private boat to take us to the villages on the lake. It is a ways to Panajachel by tuktuk but there is a good restaurant in the hotel, handy when we arrived late. Please note that water is not included, but it is only q30 for a large bubbler.”

“Great space! I had 12 ppl (lots of family with me) and we all fit fine. Check in was thru hotel part and it was easy. View is gorgeous!! Didn’t get to use kitchen or pools since our stay was short. All rooms were clean. Parking available. I saw ppl taking tuc tuc’s from hotel to go into town. We had a car so we used that. Definitely recommend!”

“This is a gorgeous property! The apartment is amazing - clean, bright, floor to ceiling windows, two balconies overlooking the lake. We stayed with a group of 8 and had beds and room to spare. You can't beat it for the price. It is a short tuk tuk ride away from Panajachel, and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the space. The grounds of the hotel that the apartment is located in are beautiful too. Great pool and a dock right on the lake with a spectacular view of the volcanoes. Plus, Sonia is quick to respond and was a great host. I'd give this apartment 6 stars if I could.”
